Overview

The AERL EarthGuard Ground Fault Detection – EG-600 is a standalone insulation monitoring device designed for integration with approved third-party controllers, power conversion equipment and battery systems. Using proprietary detection techniques, the EG-600 continuously monitors DC circuits for insulation degradation and earth faults.

Capable of monitoring up to two separate DC circuits simultaneously, the EarthGuard EG-600 supports PV arrays and battery systems operating between 20 and 600V DC. It is ideally suited for modern battery energy storage systems and solar installations requiring compliance with Australian safety standards.
