Overview

The Noark Sion Ex9N-DH-16KS-AU is a high-power single-phase hybrid inverter (12–16 kW range) designed for residential and light commercial applications. With 3 MPPTs, it supports versatile PV system design while maximising solar self-consumption and improving energy independence.

During the day, PV generation supplies onsite loads first, with excess energy used to charge a compatible battery via the Noark hybrid inverter. Stored energy can then be discharged when required. The system also supports charging the battery via a diesel generator for uninterrupted supply during grid outages. Battery communication is supported via RS485/CAN, and the inverter can be configured wirelessly or through a colour LCD touch screen.
