Overview

The Victron smallBMS with pre-alarm is a compact and cost-effective battery management system designed for use with Victron Smart LiFePO₄ batteries featuring M8 circular connectors. It provides essential battery protection and control functionality in applications where a VE.Bus interface is not required.

Offering two control outputs similar to the VE.Bus BMS, the smallBMS is ideal for simple lithium battery installations. The integrated pre-alarm output provides an early warning signal before the system disconnects, allowing connected equipment to shut down safely.
